GENERAL INFORMATION
Our ticket office is located at the Sports Dome, on the 2nd floor. The Sports Dome is located on CLE Grounds.
Ticket office will be open between 5:00pm – 8:00pm Monday & Tuesday's / Saturday's between Noon-3pm. For more information our ticket office number is 623 – 5911.
PAYMENT
The Thunder Bay Chill will only accept cash or major credit cards. Cheques or Debt are not accepted.
SPECIAL SEATING
Anyone requiring special arrangements for seating should contact our ticket office to speak with one of our account managers regarding access to arranged special seating.
CHILDREN
Children aged two and under will be admitted free as long as the child is sitting on an adult’s lap. If a parent requests a physical seat for the child, he/she must pay the appropriate price.
