TICKET OFFICE
GENERAL INFORMATION
Our ticket office will be located at the Performance Kia Soccer Plex. The Plex is located at 425 Northern Avenue in the CLE grounds. Look for the Claydon Building on the grounds and use the glass doors on the side of the building to enter.
Ticket office will be open (March – June) between 4:00pm – 8:00pm Monday to Friday’s. For more information our ticket office number is 623 – 5911.
PAYMENT
The Thunder Bay Chill will only accept cash or major credit cards. Cheques or Debt are not accepted.
SPECIAL SEATING
Anyone requiring special arrangements for seating should contact our ticket office to speak with one of our account managers regarding access to arranged special seating.
CHILDREN
Children aged two and under will be admitted free as long as the child is sitting on an adult’s lap. If a parent requests a physical seat for the child, he/she must pay the appropriate price.
