OPERATIONS AND EVENTS INTERN

OVERVIEW

The Game-day operations and events intern will assist in all functions related to Chill game-day operations including, set-up, teardown, transportation and storage of signage and game day materials that are utilized at the stadium. They will assit in all game-day operational responsibilities, such as: ticket taking, ushering, promotions, etc.

Position will gain additional experiences in the areas of operations, camps, game-day management, and corporate sales department. All Chill interns gain experience involving the full range of sports-business know-how, and are not limited to one specific department. Previous interns have expressed their enjoyment of the young, enthusiastic environment, the feelings of responsibility, and actaul impact on the success of the organization.

DESCRIPTION

• Assist in game day preparations
• Assisting in game-day set-up and tear-down
• Moving game-day materials
• Customer service
• Ushering
• Promotions/Halftime
• Ticket taking
• Locker Room set-up and tear-down
• Providing ice/water
• Assist in locker room care
• Attend training sessions on regular basis

QUALIFICATIONS

• University/College degree or diploma preferred or working towards it
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Application including Word and Excel
